The QIN is linked at several levels. A Steering Committee has governance oversight of the network. While this provides the administrative coordination and communication points of contact between program staff and the individual centers, the Steering Committee does not engage in technical issues that are common to all centers. This is the function of the individual Working Groups.
These Working Groups provide cross-network coordination in five different areas:
